F. A. I. T. H. is another way to spell T-U-L-I-P, the traditional acronym for the five points of Calvinism. This book explains the basic doctrines of the Reformed faith in words that seekers can understand. Especially useful for small groups.

I'm thankful for this tool for teaching on the Canons of Dort. A booklet such as this is more accessible than the Canons because of their structure. I've used it several times and the way the material is presented gives a good beginning for a good conversation.
I regret, however, that the FAITH acronym maintains the order of the TULIP acronym, instead of following the order of the Canons (ULTIP or AIFTH). These acronyms force our attention on Fallen Humankind first instead of God's incredible grace in Adopting us. I'll spring for a steak dinner for the author who writes an acronym and booklet that puts the points of doctrine so the study begins with election rather than depravity!
